Kelvin Goveas

Kelvin Goveas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and development of advanced semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Ventana Micro Systems since June 2019 and as Principal Design Engineer at ARM since March 2014, Kelvin has built a robust career that began at Advanced Micro Devices, where Kelvin held the position of Principal Member of Technical Staff from October 1992 to February 2014, focusing on next-generation x86 multi-core processors. Kelvin holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Parallel & Distributed Computing and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin.
