Rashmi Pandey

Rashmi Pandey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Delivery Lead at Arm since May 2023. Previously, Rashmi held various roles at Iron Systems, Inc., including Senior Project Program Manager and Operations Manager from January 2021 to April 2023. Rashmi's tenure at HCL Technologies spanned from February 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included management of service excellence operations and IT service management processes. Additionally, Rashmi worked as an Assistant Manager at Dell and as a Senior Technical Specialist at Wipro Limited, demonstrating expertise in incident management and customer support.
