Siddharth Shankar Swain

Siddharth Shankar Swain is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Arm since May 2024, previously serving as a Senior Researcher/Engineer at SiFive from October 2022 to May 2024. Siddharth has extensive research experience in Exascale Computing at the University of Toronto from January 2020 to May 2024 and worked remotely on the European Exascale Computing project - MEEP at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center between July 2020 and January 2022. Earlier positions include LLVM Compiler Engineer at Qualcomm, where development involved a Just-in-time LLVM compiler for Hexagon DSP and static analysis tools, as well as internships focused on quantum computing at the University of Waterloo and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar.
