Zoltan Lipp

Zoltan Lipp is an accomplished Engineering Director with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams across various technology domains. Currently at Arm since March 2020, Zoltan manages Fast Models and previously transformed teams in compiler technology into self-organizing units. Prior to Arm, Zoltan served as the Head of Project Management Office at GE Grid Solutions, overseeing HVDC and FACTS new product introduction programs, and as Director of Engineering for IoT at GE Current, where Zoltan expanded a small team into a global agile organization. Zoltan's earlier roles at GE Healthcare involved scaling software development teams and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework, along with managing international projects focused on cardiovascular systems. Zoltan began a scientific career at the Wigner Research Center before earning a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
