Shamara Jackson, MPA, has extensive experience in records management and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Records Management Analyst at LFUCG since November 2014. In this role, Shamara provides consulting services to governmental departments, establishes and implements records management policies, and conducts training on best practices. Additionally, Shamara has held various leadership positions within ARMA International, including President and Board Member for the Lexington Chapter. Prior experience includes roles at KCTCS, where Shamara assisted in developing an Enterprise Content Management System, and at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, where responsibilities included managing staff and overseeing program development. Shamara holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, both from Kentucky State University.
