Adrian Yeandle

Adrian Yeandle is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Armacell International S.A. since June 2020. Prior to this role, Adrian held positions at Roquette as Head of Corporate Legal from September 2016 to June 2020, and at BG Group, where responsibilities included Principal Consultant Counsel in the Ethical Conduct and Compliance Unit during the Royal Dutch Shell takeover, as well as serving as Vice-President of Asset & Operational Services and Vice-President of Legal & C&P in BG Tunisia. Adrian's legal career began at Osborne Clarke as an Associate, followed by a partnership at Brown Rudnick. Adrian holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King's College London.
