Sean Harris

Sean Harris has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Sean began their career as a Duty Manager at GAIL's Artisan Bakery, where they achieved excellent sales and organized store operations. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the store's sales targets.

Moving forward, Sean worked at Zed Books in 2012 as a Foreign Rights Sales Assistant. Here, they excelled in finding leads, networking with experts, and monitoring social media engagement. Sean then joined the University of Leeds in 2013 and held two roles simultaneously. As a Sales Associate, Sean successfully achieved weekly membership sales targets and managed customers' needs for their gym memberships. As a Careers & Employment Intern, they networked with alumni and presented the advantages of the university's foundation.

In 2014, Sean became a Teach First Teacher, contributing to educational activities until 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Centre for Learning as a Literacy Coordinator. Here, they coordinated a student mentorship program, implemented a digital phonics solution, and provided resources to teachers to enhance literacy in classrooms.

From 2018 to 2021, Sean was associated with Northcoders as a Junior Software Developer and iVendi Limited as a Back End Developer. During these roles, they gained valuable experience in developing software solutions.

In 2021, Sean joined cinch as a Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Automation Engineer until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Consulting Engineer at Armakuni, starting from September 2022.

Sean Harris has a diverse education history. From 2001 to 2008, they attended Wirral Grammar School for Boys, where they completed their 4 A-Levels in English, Chemistry, Biology, and General Studies. In 2009, they enrolled at the University of Leeds and pursued an International BA in English Literature, which they completed in 2014. During their time at Leeds, in 2013, Sean was awarded a Business School Scholarship to study at Korea University, where they focused on Business. In 2012, they also had the opportunity to study at Stockholm University as part of their BA Erasmus program, specializing in English Literature (British and Commonwealth). Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, Sean continued their education at The University of Manchester, where they earned a Master's Degree in Urban Education and Leadership.
