Timothy Lay

Timothy Lay is an experienced professional in humanitarian analysis and research, currently serving as Analysis Manager at ACLED since April 2018, with prior roles including Associate Analysis Manager, Analysis Coordinator, Africa Research Manager, South Asia Assistant Research Manager, and South Asia Researcher. Before joining ACLED, Timothy worked as a Humanitarian Intern at the United Nations OCHA, and as a Research and Publications Intern at Minority Rights Group. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Relations - International Humanitarian Action from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Sydney, along with additional studies at Uppsala University and Universitas Gadjah Mada.
