Nina Prokofeva

Nina Prokofeva currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ArmenoTech and Rock-West since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Nina held the position of Human Resources Manager at Alfa Capital Markets from September 2020 to July 2023, focusing on general HR functions. Nina also worked as HR Manager at Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Limited from February 2016 to September 2020, and spent nearly nine years at Alfa-Bank as Senior Manager in the HR Shared Services and Recruitment department from September 2007 to February 2016. Nina Prokofeva earned a degree from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) between 1996 and 2002.
