Don Cahalan

Don Cahalan has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in HR technology solutions and program management. Don is currently the CEO of Armhr, a PEO platform that focuses on simplifying HR processes and delivering exceptional benefits to clients and employees. Prior to this, Don was the Managing Director and Founder of Biggin Solutions, a specialty brokerage and program management firm. Don has also served as a Mentor at the Global Insurance Accelerator and as an Executive Consultant at Coherent, where they opened up the Group Benefits marketplace in the US. Don has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Advice2Pay, Head of Insurance at Paychex, and President of Employer Benefits at Marsh US Consumer. Don is known for their ability to drive value and savings through process enhancements and cost reduction strategies.

Don Cahalan attended Newman High School from 1980 to 1983. From 1985 to 1987, they pursued a degree in Management with a specialization in Finance at the University of Northern Iowa.
