Merav Zviran

Merav Zviran is the current Vice President of Human Resources at ARMO. Merav has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and business partnering.

Merav began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Zviran Compensation & Benefits Solutions Ltd, where they managed projects related to compensation and benefits. After eight years at Zviran, they joined ICL Group as their Global Total Rewards Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's global compensation and benefits programs. After three years in this role, they were promoted to Director of HR Business Partner for Global Functions. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR function for multiple departments across ICL Group.

After two years in this role, they were again promoted, this time to Director of Organizational Effectiveness and HR Innovation. In this role, they led company engagement and enablement programs, promoting a positive company culture. Merav also led the People Analytics team and promoted HR innovation within the company. After two years in this role, they left ICL Group to join agmatix as their Head of HR.

At agmatix, Merav is responsible for leading the HR function and promoting company exponential growth and scale. Merav develops and manages full HR programs and builds capabilities which support company growth. Merav also acts as a trusted advisor to management.

Merav Zviran graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Liberal Arts from Tel Aviv University.
