Smita Narkar is the Global HR Head at Infinite Uptime since September 2021. Prior to this role, Smita served as the Head of HR at Apisero Inc. from April 2020 to September 2021. With a background in human resources management, Smita has held managerial positions at Attra and Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. Smita has expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and performance improvement. Smita also has a strong educational background, holding a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, MBA in Human Resource from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from RSML College.
