Jen Snow

Jen Snow has worked in the field of user experience since 2004. Jen began their career as Creative Director at JW Design Center, where they led the design team and acted as principal designer and marketing/business coach. In 2008, they moved to Marchex as Creative Director. In 2010, they joined Microsoft as a Senior UX Designer in the Startup Business Group. In 2012, they moved to T-Mobile as a Senior Product Design Manager. In 2014, they returned to Microsoft as a Senior User Experience Manager. In 2015, they joined ARRIS as a Senior Manager of User Experience. In 2016, they moved to Porch as Principal UX Strategist & Researcher. In 2019, they joined Limeade as Director of User Experience. In 2021, they moved to ConsumerAffairs as Director of User Experience. Finally, in 2022, they joined Armoire as Head of User Experience.

Jen Snow attended Newport High School from 1996 to 2000 and earned their High School Diploma. Jen then attended Bellevue College from 2001 to 2003.
