Aahat Aneja

Aahat Aneja is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently employed at Armourguard Security since March 2023, Aahat previously held the position of People Advisor at Accenture from May 2021 to February 2023 and served as Human Resources Manager at Firstsource from May 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included studying operations models, creating job descriptions, and developing recruitment strategies. Earlier, Aahat worked as Senior Executive in Human Resources at Philips Lighting in early 2015 and completed a summer internship focusing on the manufacturing processes of lighting products. Aahat holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru, and a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RBGI - Rayat Bahra Group of Institutes.
