Anders Palmquist began their career in 2012 as a Demand Forecast Analyst for Best Buy. In this role, they developed omni-channel forecasts for replenishment at +1,000 retail locations and BestBuy.com, integrated Oracle statistical models with industry trends to project AAA launches in VG Software, and reduced category reduction in at-risk inventory by $280m in 2014.

In 2014, Palmquist joined Amazon as a Vendor Manager I - Strategic Vendor Services. In this role, they excelled in a multi-faceted role that included Vendor Management, Digital Advertising, eMail Marketing, Site Merchandising, Vendor On-Boarding, Contract Negotiation, and Financial Reconciliation. Anders spearheaded new vendor onboarding & accrual negotiations for tail & mid-size vendors, secured an incremental +$325k in MDF/Accruals for FY14 from small & mid-size vendors, optimized internal SERP and product page aesthetics to improve UX and Conversion, produced 101% YoY Growth for strategic clients on Amazon.ca (Breville, Bosch Tools), coordinated email marketing for 11 categories, developed authorized reconditioned program, providing incremental $185k in gross profit during Q4.

In 2015, Palmquist joined ARMR as Vice President & General Manager, harnessing the skillset and expertise of a team of ex-Amazonians. In this role, they managed the P&L for the Sports, Fitness, and Grocery categories at ARMR // Cathay + Fenix, with an aggressive supplier onboarding strategy, and implementation of new automated external outreach methodologies, expanded total assortment by 52% YoY in 2016. Anders also led a team of 10 retail associates to scale execution of product creation, detail page optimization, PO management, and contract negotiations for Amazon. Anders later became Managing Director and Senior Buyer at ARMR. As Senior Buyer, they secured +200 brands to e-commerce assortment.

Anders Palmquist obtained a BA in Mathematics and Environmental Studies from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University between 2008 and 2012. Since then, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Amazon, and other institutions, including a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals certification in March 2022, an Amazon Advertising Campaign Planning Certification in December 2022, an Amazon DSP Campaigns Certification in November 2022, an Amazon Advertising Foundations Certification in August 2022, an Amazon Retail for Advertisers Certification in August 2022, and a Sponsored Ads certification in August 2022.
