David Hartmann

David Hartmann has a diverse and extensive work experience history. David started their career at Banner Associates as a Civil Engineer, where they worked as a project engineer and surveyor on various projects across multiple states. In 2000, they joined Armstrong Consultants, Inc. as Vice President and Director of Engineering, where they focused on Airport Engineering & Planning, Grant Administration, and managed projects in the US, Mexico, and Iraq. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Engineer at Armstrong Consultants, Inc. It is worth noting that they also served in the US Army and Army Reserve as an Engineer Captain for twelve years, from 1994 to 2006.

David Hartmann attended South Dakota Mines from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
