Mayesha Fahmida Rahman

Mayesha Fahmida Rahman is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as an HR Assistant and Talent Partner at Armstrong Craven since June 2022, Mayesha specializes in recruiting for senior positions within global organizations. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Partner at Microsoft through Armstrong Craven, and an Associate Consultant position at Hoffmann Reed, focusing on leadership talent assessment and management consulting. Mayesha also completed an HR internship at Nestlé, where responsibilities included sorting CVs, assisting in recruitment processes, and facilitating onboarding. Mayesha holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Marketing from BRAC University.
