Robert Howard

Robert Howard has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. In 1981, they began their career as the Director of Employee Relations at USAirways Inc, where they stayed for 11 years. From 1992 to 2002, they served as the VP of Human Resources and Administration at Bombardier/Daimler Benz Transportation. Robert then worked at L.B. Foster Company as the VP of Human Resources from 2002 to 2006, and at Koppers Inc as the VP of Human Resources from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined LaRoche College as a member of the Board of Trustees. In 2013, they became a Partner at Cook Forest Partners and Clarion River Suites. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at Armstrong Group of Companies.

Robert Howard has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/ Public Service and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Labor Relations/Law from Saint Francis University.
