Rosanne Lesser

Rosanne Lesser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate training and customer retention. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer for Armstrong Group of Companies since January 2018 and at Guardian Protection Services since January 2015, Rosanne specializes in developing innovative security solutions that successfully retain at least 60% of customers seeking to cancel services. Prior to these roles, Rosanne worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless, where strong negotiation and problem-solving skills were key to resolving customer issues.
