Erick Marmolejo

Erick Marmolejo, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Erick started their career at UPS as an Operations Management Supervisor for two years. Erick then worked at the University of the Pacific, where they served as a Consultant and was responsible for leading the Apple iTunes U initiative rollout. During their time at the university, they also designed and installed computer labs in the School of Education and the Psychology department.

After their tenure at the University of the Pacific, Erick joined Western Michigan University as an Instructor and Doctoral Research Assistant. Erick taught a Behavioral Statistics course and gained valuable experience in research and teaching.

Erick later joined Kellogg Company, where they held multiple roles over several years. Erick served as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager in Sales Learning & Development, leading the Learning Solutions Team and providing strategic support to the sales organization. Erick was also responsible for developing leaders in Instructional Design, Instructional Development, and Visual Experience Design.

Following their time at Kellogg, Erick joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Senior Manager in Sales Capability Development. In this role, they led the establishment of the strategic selling competency model and the agile transformation of the Sales Enablement organization.

Currently, Erick is the Global Director of Learning & Development at Armstrong International. In this role, they focus on removing knowledge and skill barriers to unleash the talent potential within the organization. Erick aligns sales and marketing, introduces innovative technology, and implements visionary thought leadership.

Erick Marmolejo, Ph.D. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Business from the University of the Pacific in 2004. Erick then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2008. Erick concurrently completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific in 2009.

Following their master's degrees, Marmolejo enrolled at Western Michigan University to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Behavior Analysis, which they successfully completed in 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marmolejo obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset.
