Andrew M. J. Bernstein

Andrew Bernstein is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice primarily focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, enforcement actions and regulatory defense, and representing licensed professionals in misconduct and disciplinary proceedings. Andrew regularly represents corporations and individuals in grand jury and regulatory investigations, including those conducted by the U. S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodities Futures Trading Commission, Internal Revenue Service and various state law enforcement agencies.
