Heather Bamforth

Heather joined the Restructuring and Insolvency team at Armstrong Watson in 2018 and has worked in restructuring and insolvency for nearly 20 years, having worked at a Big 4 firm and a Top 10 firm prior to joining Armstrong Watson.

Heather has extensive experience with dealing with owner-managed businesses, from sole traders to large corporates, and has worked with businesses in many different sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retail and printing. She acts on behalf of a number of stakeholders, including directors and their lenders; reviewing underperforming processes and ledgers, monitoring cash flow, managing cash to enhance collections, and advising on exit strategies both outside of a formal insolvency process or through one, working with management in conjunction with their lender.
