Jeremy M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jeremy started their career as a Hardware Technician at York Technical Institute in 2004. Jeremy then worked as a Hardware Technician and Help Desk Analyst at Sterling Financial Corporation, where they gained experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software.

In 2007, they joined Nixon Uniform Service as a Network Administrator, responsible for administering systems and network services. Jeremy also provided technical training to employees and managed handheld devices and software.

From 2008 to 2016, Jeremy worked at QVC as a Senior Engineer, leading a global team in developing and integrating infrastructure technologies. Jeremy also played a key role in infrastructure lifecycle management, technology acquisition, and vendor relations.

In 2016, Jeremy joined Armstrong World Industries as an Infrastructure Architect, where they focused on designing and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure. Jeremy later progressed to become a Manager Hosting Platforms, overseeing the team responsible for server, storage, network, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.

Jeremy's most recent role is as the Director of Information Technology at Armstrong World Industries, where they define and implements IT strategies. Jeremy leads M&A due diligence and integration programs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and high availability.

Before starting their career in IT, Jeremy served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer from 2003 to 2013. Jeremy demonstrated their ability to handle complex HR tasks and ensure compliance with military regulations and policies.

Jeremy M. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems from York Technical Institute between 2004 and 2006. Jeremy also holds several certifications, including ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2018, and various VMware certifications in cloud, data center virtualization, and workforce mobility obtained in 2013. Jeremy also has a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification.
