Richard D. Holder

Mr. Holder currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of HZO, Inc., a provider of thin-film nanocoatings for electronics, a role that he has held since February 2021. Prior to HZO, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of NN, Inc., a publicly traded, diversified industrial manufacturing company, from June 2013 to September 2019. Before joining NN, Inc., Mr. Holder served in a progression of leadership roles at Eaton Corporation for more than a decade and has previous experience in the aerospace industry. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Since 2017, Mr. Holder has served on the board of directors of Enerpac Tool Group Corp., a publicly traded, premier industrial tools and services company, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. He also currently serves on several private company boards. Mr. Holder brings to the Board extensive operating, senior executive leadership, and manufacturing experience, as well as valuable insights from his experience as a public company chief executive officer.
