Victor Migeon

Victor Migeon has a diverse range of work experience. Victor is currently the Chief Operating & Product Officer at ARMTEK, where they focus on helping organizations become knowledge-driven in a rapidly changing workforce and economic landscape. Prior to their current role, Victor worked as a Technology Strategy & Advisory Manager at Accenture France from October 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Accenture, Victor held various roles at A2 Consulting, starting as a Consultant from September 2016 to September 2018, then as a Senior Consultant from September 2018 to October 2021, and finally as a Manager from September 2020 to October 2021. Victor also worked as a Consultant at Natixis Asset Management from January 2016 to April 2016.

Victor gained valuable project management experience at Recaero SA, where they served as a Project Manager from April 2015 to August 2015. Victor was responsible for customer relationship management, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing risks, delays, and costs.
