Cole Hedden

Cole Hedden is an experienced business executive with a robust background in business development and strategic planning within the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Army Aviation Association of America since November 2021, Cole has also established a self-employed consultancy since November 2018. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Extant Aerospace, Sector Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at L3 Technologies, and various leadership positions at Honeywell Defense & Electronic Systems, including Director of New Business Development. Cole's early career included significant contributions as Director of Marketing at Schweizer Aircraft. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
