Dwayne Engelbrecht

Dwayne Engelbrecht is a Business Development Specialist at Meta Extended Reality - MXR since September 2024, focusing on innovation in education and training through immersive technology and generative AI. With over 15 years of experience in higher and further education, Dwayne has extensive expertise in overcoming industry challenges. As a Volunteer with the Army Cadet Force since June 2021, Dwayne instructs cadets in various training activities. Previously, Dwayne served as Commercial Sales Manager at MKC Training, where strategic sales initiatives were developed to enhance client engagements, and as Business Development Manager at GLOBE MANAGEMENT TRAINING, implementing recruitment strategies and partnerships. Dwayne also served in the British Army from January 2001 to December 2005. Dwayne holds a Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management and has completed various educational programs related to business, management, and military leadership.
