Charlie Pelham

Charlie Pelham is a seasoned business development and strategy leader with extensive experience in defense systems and engineering. Currently serving as Business Development Director for the RF Division at Leidos, Charlie manages daily operations for the Dynetics Group and oversees key corporate initiatives. Previous roles include leadership positions at BAE Systems, where Charlie guided strategic development and program management in advanced R&D, and significant contributions to the US Army in various analytical and programmatic roles. Additionally, Charlie brings valuable insights from serving on the Board of Governors at the Army Navy Country Club. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with advanced military education from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies and USAF Air Command and Staff College.
