Douglas Anderson is an accomplished executive chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Executive Chef at the Army Navy Country Club since October 2018. Prior to this role, Douglas held the position of Executive Chef at the Chicago Club from October 2017 to October 2018 and spent nearly three decades at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where Douglas also served as Executive Chef from June 1989 to September 2017. Douglas's culinary journey began with a service role in the U.S. Coast Guard from June 1979 to June 1985. Educationally, Douglas completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Baltimore Culinary Institute between 1986 and 1987, following graduation from Rolling Meadows High School.
