Megan Hastie

Megan Hastie is currently gaining practical experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Baillie Gifford, starting in June 2025. At Arnold Clark, Megan has excelled as a Customer Experience Host since June 2021, providing exceptional customer service and managing a high volume of inquiries. In addition, Megan serves as a Theatre Steward at East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure since December 2024 and was a Student Mentor for the Strathclyde Accelerate Program's Computer Science Challenge in June 2024, supporting prospective students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Previous volunteer experience includes a role at Barnardo's from October 2018 to April 2019. Megan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Strathclyde and has also attended the University of Technology Sydney for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
