Dhara Mistry

Dhara Mistry has held various positions throughout their career. Dhara is currently the Chief People Officer at Arnold & Itkin LLP, where they oversee the human resources function and focuses on recruiting, training programs, employee retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Innowatts, where they led the HR department and focused on strategic planning to create a positive culture for employees. Dhara also has experience at KPMG US, where they served as a Manager, leading and mentoring staff in career advancement goals, managing teams and resources, and creating a forum for discussion of social injustices. Dhara began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and has also worked as a Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax Service and a Sales Associate at David's Bridal.

Dhara Mistry obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Washington State University. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI in September 2016.
