Bobby McMillin

Bobby McMillin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bobby is currently the Managing Director of the Legislative & Public Policy Group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP since December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate in the same group from March 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, Bobby worked at Illumina as the Director of Federal Government Affairs from May 2019 to March 2021. Bobby also served as the General Counsel for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions from November 2015 to May 2019.

Earlier in their career, Bobby was a Counsel for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions from January 2015 to November 2015. Bobby also held positions at the Office of Senator Saxby Chambliss, where they served as Counsel from July 2013 to January 2015 and as a Regional Representative from December 2012 to July 2013.

Additionally, Bobby worked as the Iowa Coalitions Director for Romney for President from July 2012 to November 2012. Bobby started their legal career as an Attorney at Gilbert, Harrell, Sumerford & Martin, P.C. from August 2011 to June 2012, after previously interning as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2010.

Bobby also gained experience as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Fortson, Bentley and Griffin, P.A. from October 2009 to June 2010. Prior to that, they interned as a Summer Associate at Han Kun Law Firm in 2009.
