Gayle Herbert has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Gayle started their career in 1985 at Skadden Arps, where they worked as a Legal Assistant Supervisor, Litigation Specialist, and Legal Assistant until 1992. From 1992 to 1995, they served as the General Manager at Christmas Crossing. In 1995, they joined Arnold & Porter LLP as a Senior Case Manager and held this position until 2009. Gayle then transitioned to Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where they first served as the Director of Client Service and later took on the role of Director of Client Service & Compliance in 2019.

Gayle Herbert attended Mount Holyoke College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.
