Jennifer (Salko) Schneider has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career as a Summer Intern at Talk Radio News Service in 2013. Jennifer then worked as an Assistant at the Law Office of Karel C. Petraitis, where they helped draft court documents and conducted legal research. After that, they joined Hickory and Tweed Ski and Cycle Shop as a Sales Associate, focusing on retail sales and inventory management.

In 2014, Jennifer joined Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where they held various roles in the benefits department. Jennifer started as a Legal Resource Assistant and subsequently worked their way up to become a Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Assistant, Benefits Specialist, and Benefits Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at the company.

Jennifer Schneider attended Byram Hills High School from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2014.
