Tom Magnani

Tom Magnani is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently a partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP since January 2012, Tom serves in multiple leadership roles, including Policy Committee Member, Co-Chair of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group, Chair of the IP & Technology Transactions group, and member of the Diversity Committee. Additionally, Tom is the Co-Chair of the Pride affinity group, promoting LGBTQ inclusion within the firm. Tom has been involved with Frameline as an Emeritus Director since January 2015 and previously held significant positions at Howard Rice from October 2000 to December 2011, including Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property and Competition Practice Group. Tom earned a JD in Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a BS in Biology and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.
