Joanna Schwab

Joanna Schwab is an experienced strategist currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Arnold Worldwide since April 2024. Previously, Joanna held the position of Head of Strategy at Ogilvy from January 2021 to March 2023, where leadership was provided for a comprehensive strategy department and oversight of strategic initiatives for IBM within a joint venture called Eightbar. Joanna is the founder of Six Man Strategies, offering consulting services in 2020, and served as EVP, Global Strategy Director at McCann from 2018 to 2020, leading global strategy for Microsoft and contributing to award-winning campaigns focused on inclusion. Joanna's career also includes significant roles at Droga5, mcgarrybowen, Henley Centre HeadlightVision, DDB New York, and Ogilvy & Mather, showcasing a diverse portfolio of client work across various industries. Education was obtained at the University of Michigan.
