Jyoti Sharma

Jyoti Sharma is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at Wipro since February 2021, Jyoti has also held a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at AroDek Technology since November 2016 and at Citytech Software Private Limited since January 2011. Areas of expertise encompass recruitment management, joining formalities and induction, performance appraisal management, training and development, employee initiative development, employee relations and grievance handling, time sheet management, and conducting exit interviews.
