Anirudh Singh G Thakur

Anirudh Singh G Thakur is the Head - Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary of Arohan and has been associated with Arohan with effect from October 1, 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a bachelor’s degree in law from Nagpur University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has passed the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, compliance and litigation. Prior to joining Arohan, he worked as a legal consultant, and has also worked with India Factoring and Finance Solutions Private Limited, Global Trade Finance Limited, Intelenet Global Services Limited, Premier Auto Electric Limited and Pix Transmissions Limited in their respective legal and secretarial departments. He received the ‘Governance Professional of the Year’ award at the 20th ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance, 2020.
