Sabine Haim

Sabine Haim has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for RIB Software EMEA since April 2006, where responsibilities include leadership of the Talent Acquisition Team, development of recruiting strategies, and management of recruiting KPIs. Previously, Sabine Haim held roles such as Head of Young Talents, Talent Manager for Dual Students, and HR Manager, focusing on strategic HR management, coaching, and content creation for employer branding. Additional experience includes team leadership in marketing, sales, and consulting, and a position as a Management Assistant, providing support to C-level executives. Sabine Haim is also a volunteer with Arolsen Archives, contributing to projects aimed at combating discrimination. Prior to joining RIB Software, Sabine Haim was a Marketing Coordinator at nexmart Iberia, where responsibilities involved establishing marketing processes and strategies for a newly founded subsidiary.
