Andrey Veitsman

Andrey Veitsman serves as the Coffee Education Director for Aroma Espresso Bar, overseeing training programs to enhance the quality and service provided by Baristi across locations in Israel and Canada. With extensive experience as a franchisee managing multiple business units, Andrey focuses on the establishment of operational infrastructures and profitability growth. As a coffee lecturer and trainer, Andrey educates employees on barista roles while also managing significant events such as Aroma’s Barista Championships. Previously, Andrey held the position of Senior Project Development Manager at a private investment company, where responsibilities included developing a new food chain concept in London and managing various aspects of project execution. Educational achievements include courses in Organizational Behavior Studies and Business Management, along with a background in Architecture as a Practical Engineer.
