Jessica Hobkirk

Jessica Hobkirk has extensive experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and training. Jessica has worked in various industries, including the restaurant and automotive sectors. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Director of Graduate Placement at High-Tech Institute, where they developed employer relationships and conducted mock interviews. Jessica then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kainos Partners from 2007 to 2009, overseeing HR functions for a Dunkin Donuts franchisee with 18 locations. Jessica joined Aroogas Grille House & Sports Bar in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for policy development and benefit administration. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Freedom Auto Group, managing HR functions for two dealership locations. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director at Aroogas Grille House & Sports Bar, leading HR initiatives for 700+ corporate employees. Jessica'sresponsibilities included managing unemployment and worker's compensation claims, health benefit administration, and coordinating recruitment and orientation processes.

Jessica Hobkirk earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Jessica then further pursued their education at the same university and obtained their Masters of the Arts degree in Adult Education & Communications Media, graduating in 2005.
