Rick Salgado is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dream Inn in Santa Cruz since February 2017, Rick previously held multiple roles at Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa from August 2011 to February 2017, including Associate Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Kelly Services, where responsibilities included staffing supervision and customer service management; Pacific Coast Mushroom Farm, focused on recruiting and developing HR policies; and Spherion, with a brief assignment during Hurricane Katrina.
