Deborah Harper, PCC has been an Executive, Leadership and Life/Career Transitions Coach since 2021, working for GrowthSpace and Arootah. Deborah has also been an Executive and Leadership Coach/Career and Life Transitions Coach/Life Coach PCC, CPC, ELI-MP, CTDS for Newenergycoach.com since 2017 and an Executive, Leadership and Life/Career Transitions Coach for Collective Gain since 2018. Prior to this, they worked for Saks Fifth Avenue from 1999-2017, where they held the roles of Vice President, General Manager, Vice President, General Manager and General Manager. During their time at Saks Fifth Avenue, they increased the annual volume from $64M to $113M in sales, a 76% increase in volume and an increase of $49M annually in an 8-year period, and improved the store ranking from #10 to #3 in the same footprint. Deborah also had regional responsibility for 13 stores and trained and mentored new GMs and senior leaders.

Deborah Harper has a Business Administration degree from The University of Akron. Deborah is also a Certified Executive, Leadership and Career/Life Transitions Coach from iPEC Coaching, a HeartMath® Licensed and Certified Resilience Advantage™ Trainer/Coach, and a Certified Trainer, Facilitator and Coach from Points of You®. Additionally, they are a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF Los Angeles, and holds an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
