Melanie Browning, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at ARORA since November 2006, after progressing through roles as HR Administrator and HR Generalist. Prior to this, Melanie worked as a Production Supervisor at Flake-Wilkerson Market Insights from July 2006 to June 2007.
