Jolanta Lukošė

Jolanta Lukošė has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Jolanta began their career as a Lawyer at UAB “LITESKO”, DALKIA company group, where they worked from 2008 to 2010. Jolanta then moved on to serve as a Legal Counsel at Žemaitijos pienas from 2010 to 2011. Jolanta then joined LESTO AB, a company operating in the energy sector, where they worked as a Legal Counsel from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Associate Lawyer at Ramanauskas ir partneriai Law Firm from 2014 to 2016, specializing in shipping and transport law. Jolanta'smost recent roles include working as a Legal Counsel at AROS MARINE from 2017 to 2019, and then taking on the role of Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal Department at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of the Project Management Department at AROS MARINE starting from 2023. Throughout their career, Jolanta has gained experience in various legal areas, including dispute resolution, litigation, contract drafting, and advising clients on commercial, corporate, and employment law issues. Jolanta also has experience in establishing compliance plans and supervising their implementation.

Jolanta Lukošė has a diverse educational background. Jolanta pursued their Bachelor's degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University, graduating in 2008. In 2007, Jolanta attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Law, and European Law.

Later, in 2009, they enrolled in Mykolas Romeris University for their Master's degree in Civil Law, which they completed in 2010. Jolanta'seducational journey continued as they joined the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2013, specializing in Maritime Law and obtaining an LL.M degree in 2014.

Jolanta'scommitment to professional development is evident as they acquired a Board Member Education certification from the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance in October 2020. Additionally, Jolanta is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the ISM University of Management and Economics, expected to be completed by 2023.
