Prior to this, Carly worked as the Manager of Caregiver Engagement and Development at Tribute Home Care, and as a Nanny for two children under the age of two while self-employed. Carly also served as an Administrative Assistant at DR. AHMAD ABU-GHAIDA, M.D., P.A. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Towson University.
