Nadine Predestin

Nadine Predestin serves as the Area Director at Arosa Home Care, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives for operational excellence and growth in the Atlanta Metro area. With 15 years of experience in recruitment and care management, Nadine previously held the role of Regional Recruiting Team Manager at TheKey, overseeing hiring and training efforts for the Southeast and West regions. Prior positions include Lead Staffing Manager and Staffing Manager at Home Care Assistance, as well as various roles at DentaQuest, Medivance Billing Service, American Express, and UnitedHealth Group, where skills in customer service, administrative support, and technical assistance were developed. Nadine holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Health Services Administration.
