Vitor Alves is an accomplished executive in the hospitality and cruise industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Guest Experiences & Product Development at AROYA CRUISES since October 2024. Prior to this, Vitor held roles at Explora Journeys as Senior Lead of Hotel Operations and at Scenic Group as Director of Hotel Operations for Scenic Discovery Yachts and Emerald Yachts Voyages. Vitor's extensive experience at Seabourn includes positions such as Executive Deputy Director of Hotel & New Build Expeditions Operations, Manager of New-build Projects, and Hotel Director, where Vitor developed operational strategies and guest service standards. Vitor's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Hospitality Management from Cornell University and Hotel Management training from Tourism Schools Salzburg.
