Matt Leung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, community engagement, and education within the recreation and parks sector. Currently serving as Program Manager and Program Officer for Communities ChooseWell at the Alberta Recreation and Parks Association since February 2021, Matt also acts as a Professional Speaker and Facilitator for Global Play Solutions. Additional roles include Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Outdoor Play Canada, Motivator for JZ Entertainment & Events, and DANCEPL3Y Master Trainer at PL3Y International Inc. Matt has a history of leadership in various capacities, particularly during tenure at Vivo for Healthier Generations, where responsibilities included oversight of child and youth programming. Academically, Matt holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
