Janeane Kim

Janeane Kim has a diverse range of work experience. Janeane started their career as a Barista at Tom n Toms Coffee in 2017 and held the position until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Patient Concierge/Marketing Assistant at UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center, where they answered visitor inquiries and implemented initiatives to improve health literacy. In 2021, Janeane joined Innovate@UCLA, serving as a Bootcamp Planning Committee member and later as a Project Manager, leading a team in creating a social tech product. In 2022, they participated in a full stack web development apprenticeship at Tech Talent South, gaining experience in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and more. Currently, Janeane works at Arpeggi Labs as a Community and Marketing Manager, a position they have held since 2023.

Janeane Kim earned a Bachelor's degree in Physiology from UCLA from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Google in February 2023. Prior to pursuing their degree, they also obtained certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant from the California Department of Public Health in August 2017.
